A "Soft" quilting tip

I learned a neat tip from my daughter, www.feedthedogsnow.blogspot.com.
If you want your quilt to be softer, wash and dry the batting before you sew it into your quilt.
Amazingly softer:)

I stitched up a sunhat for my littliest granddaughter yesterday, in anticipation of a sunny day:)
I used seersucker material from Joann's.  So cute -only took 1/2 a yard....

So precious!

I never get tired of seeing precious little things... Her sandals could only be 4 inches long:)

Need to clean it up!!!!

When you can't find the material you know you bought......  It is time to clean it up.

My bedroom is going to be a disaster until I get it all reorganized!  But it will be worth it:)
