Sew Day #14

Another productive sew day! I got Cole's Seahawk's quilt
top done - now to get it to Sara to machine quilt for me.
I used 2 Seahawk Superbowl t-shirts and this pattern from Allison Glass for the footballs.  I sewed them out of brown minky... what fun that was :(  but so worth it for our ColeBear :)

I also have made this quilt using Allison's star tutorial... this was my first try at hand quilting, I hand quilted around each star... took forever - but hubby loves it :)

Now I only have three more Seahawk's quilts to make and I can get back to sewing on the binding of my bed quilt...
