My daughter was machine quilting my Halloween quilt when my Pfaff 2.0 Expressions kept suddenly stopping. She would have to wait 5 minutes and then it would go again. So New Years eve I called up the place I bought it and the lady recommended that I have it serviced. I have had the machine for 3 1/2 years... so I bundled up Betsy and away we went.
When I got up there - she pulled out alot of dust bunnies and said that she is sure Betsy only needed a good service. I asked her "How Much?" I almost flipped out! $169.00! As if saying $170.00 I would change my mind! Well needless to say - Betsy came back home with me!
Hubby and I performed surgery and now we have her working as good as new!
I took photos with my new Iphone 5 so we would remember where the screws came out :)
Could not figure out how to completely take off the sewing machine top off - just had to stretch it enough to work on it.

Aren't Hubbies useful sometimes! Mine does the same for me, I don't have anywhere near to take mine so it's self-service for us too! Hugs x
